TOES AGM 31^st August 2009

Chairman's Report

TOES is now into its second year and I believe in that time we have made a positive contribution by working with the range of agencies and harbour users to bring about an upgrade of the Onehunga Bay shoreline. TOES believes this will provide a quality area for our community and will become a foundation stone for  future generations to develop and further enhance to ensure a quality outcome.

Please note that the upcoming TOES AGM will be held on Monday 31st August 2009 (evening)

Venue: Onehunga Community Centre (Library Building)

Nominations for members of the Committee are now being sought.  Anyone being proposed should be seconded in writing by a member of the society and such notice should be delivered to the Secretary by 5-00pm on the 26th August 09.  Nomination forms can be obtained from TOES Secretary,15 Amaru Rd,One Tree Hill, Auckland or requested by return email.
