Music in Parks event at Jellicoe Park

Maungakiekie-Tamaki Local Board is delighted to remind you about the FREE Music in Parks event in Maungakiekie-Tamaki this Auckland Anniversary Weekend Sunday.
After a three-year hiatus, your local board has managed to return Kantuta to Onehunga as part of the Auckland Council's Culture Garden series. Bring a picnic dinner and something to sit on and enjoy the lovely Jellicoe Park in the late afternoon with your family and friends. It will be a Latin Fiesta with the opening act Tumbastiano on from 4-5pm and then the Kantuta big band and dancers will take the stage to perform two sets of music and dance from 5pm until 7pm.
